Terms and Conditions for Hiring a Male Stripper:

1. Age Restriction: By hiring a male stripper, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction.

2. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when the required deposit or payment has been made and acknowledged by the agency or individual responsible for arranging the services.

3. Performance Venue: The performance venue must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any licencing requirements or age restrictions for adult entertainment. It should also provide a safe and suitable environment for the performance.

4. Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat the male stripper with respect and dignity throughout the duration of their performance. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards the performer will not be tolerated.

5. Performance Duration: The duration of the performance will be agreed upon during the booking process. Both parties must mutually agree upon any extension of the performance time, and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Payment and Cancellation: The payment terms and cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process. Cancellation fees may apply if the booking is cancelled within a certain period before the scheduled performance.

7. Content and Boundaries: The content and level of interaction during the performance will be discussed and agreed upon before the event. Any requests for explicit or adult content must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in advance.

8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information shared during the booking process or performance. Pictures, videos, or recordings of the performance should not be shared without explicit consent.

9. Liability: The hiring party assumes responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur during the performance due to negligence or failure to provide a safe environment. The performer and their agency or representative will not be held liable for any incidents; the hiring party will be liable for any claims or issues.

10. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the hiring of a male stripper, including those related to adult entertainment, public decency, and any specific local and legal regulations or requirements.

11. We reserve the right to change the product, Booking a booking, or performance.

12. Deposits are non-refundable; however, we can offer a credit note for the deposit amount if the event is cancelled or postponed. 

13. The remaining cash balance for entertainers must be paid to the entertainer on arrival.
